Return Policy: Return products in their original packaging only and only if they have not been used! Electrical products cannot be returned after they have been opened and/or operated. Printers, shredders and other machinery cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened. Ink cartridges and toners cannot be returned after they have been opened and/or used. Products that were made/manufactured on special order and approved by the customer cannot be returned. Products that were specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned. Printed matter and stamps that have been proofread and approved by the customer cannot be returned.
